- 1 cup (280g) Nutella
- ½ cup (115g) unsalted butter, melted
- Âľ cup (150g) granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Âľ cup (95g) all-purpose flour
- ÂĽ cup (25g) unsweetened cocoa powder
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon baking powder
👩‍🍳 Directions:
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Line an 8x8-inch (20x20 cm) baking pan with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, whisk together melted butter, sugar, and Nutella until smooth.
- Add eggs and vanilla extract, mixing until fully combined.
- In a separate bowl, sift together flour, cocoa powder, salt, and baking powder.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring until just combined.
- Pour the batter into the prepared pan and smooth the top.
- Bake for 30–35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out with a few moist crumbs.
- Let the brownies cool completely in the pan before cutting into squares.
