Nutella Fudge Brownies: Chocolate Bliss in Every Bite

  • 1 cup (280g) Nutella
  • ½ cup (115g) unsalted butter, melted
  • Âľ cup (150g) granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Âľ cup (95g) all-purpose flour
  • ÂĽ cup (25g) unsweetened cocoa powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon baking powder

👩‍🍳 Directions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Line an 8x8-inch (20x20 cm) baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together melted butter, sugar, and Nutella until smooth.
  3. Add eggs and vanilla extract, mixing until fully combined.
  4. In a separate bowl, sift together flour, cocoa powder, salt, and baking powder.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring until just combined.
  6. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and smooth the top.
  7. Bake for 30–35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out with a few moist crumbs.
  8. Let the brownies cool completely in the pan before cutting into squares.
